Returns

Supplies: Due to the sensitivity of sanitation, So Glammed does not offer returns on our merchandise. We will accept exchanges of unopened items that are not liquid within (5) days of purchase if they are defective or damaged. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted as store credit (if applicable). They will be solely at the discretion of So Glammed and the customer service representative handling your case.

Lash Trays: Lash Trays are eligible for exchange within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, we are unable to exchange the item. The Item must be unopened and show no sign of being tampered with. If the item/s you want to exchange is no longer available, we will happily provide a store credit. We do not offer refunds due to an item being out of stock.

Exchanges: We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within THREE (3) days of purchase when purchased in-store/online pickup from the pick-up timestamp noted in our system.

If an exchange is approved via email or phone to be returned in-store, the customer has (5) days from the date of approval to return the item in-store. Any attempt to return an item after this time is not accepted.

If an exchange is approved via email or phone to be returned via mail, the customer has (5) days from the date of approval to ship the item to our return address. Any items shipped after the 5th day will be rejected at our warehouse and returned to you.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Once a return shipping label has been processed, the customer has (5) days from this date to provide proof of receipt that the items have been returned.

Damages: So Glammed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Missing Package: 

Any missing packages must be reported to So Glammed within 3 days of receiving your order.

Missing packages must be reported within 3 days of the package being confirmed delivered by the shipping service. If the package is not reported within 3 days So Glammed will not be able to assist in any way.

So Glammed does not refund missing packages. It is the customers' responsibility to provide a correct shipping address to receive their package. If a customer continues to abuse the shipping policy by reporting missing packages So Glammed reserves the right to cancel the customer's account without notice.

Wrong Address: If a customer reports that a package was shipped to the wrong address and So Glammed shipped the package to the address the customer provided, So Glammed will not reship the package. Customers are encouraged to go to the address that was provided and retrieve the package.

In Store Pickup: You have 2 weeks (14 days) after purchasing item(s) for in store pick to come and retrieve your order before it is restocked without a refund. 

We love all our customers but we cannot hold merchandise past 2 weeks.
